5 Lucky Bamboo in Vase - 70cm

70cm tall

Light: bright, indirect light; avoid direct sun. Water (vase): keep roots covered by 2-5cm of water, replacing it completely every 7-10 days regardless of climate. Water (in soil): keep lightly, evenly moist, never soggy or bone dry. Water quality: sensitive to chlorine/fluoride -- use filtered, rain, or rested tap water (PH's abundant rainfall makes collected rainwater a practical local option). Humidity: local humidity and warmth suit this plant well. Feeding: a drop of diluted liquid fertiliser roughly every 2 months. Common issues: yellow leaves or cloudy water = tap-water chemicals or stale water. Toxic to cats/dogs if chewed.

Port Harcourt / Nigeria climate note: hot year-round (approx. 25-34C) with high humidity (avg ~71%, rising to 80-88% in the rainy season, May-Oct). This generally means less need for artificial humidity for humidity-loving plants when kept outdoors, faster soil drying in heat for well-drained pots, and a real risk of overwatering/root rot for drought-tolerant plants if exposed to heavy seasonal rain without good drainage.
