Terms & Conditions



All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira, US dollars, British Pounds Sterling, and Euro. Lush Gardens delivers to all Port Harcourt residential and business addresses and some parts of Nigeria. Should there be any delivery restrictions, additional charges may apply to your order depending on the distance from dispatch, our management will contact you by phone and if unsuccessful then via email.






  • Every product dispatched and delivered by Lush Gardens is created by professional florists and  Lush Gardens guarantees the quality and freshness of every order received.

  • Due to the delicate nature of live plants and flowers, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for some orders

  • Every order received by Lush Gardens will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet any requests in regard to preferred times of delivery. However, some orders will require a minimum of 72 hours to process before pick up or delivery.

  • Lush Gardens guarantees same-day delivery for all orders like potted plants within Port Harcourt if placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Orders received outside of these ‘cut-off’ times will be delivered the following business day.

  • Lush Gardens does NOT do deliveries on Sundays unless stated otherwise by management.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance to a location within Port Harcourt.





In order to deliver your order on the delivery date that you have requested during the checkout process, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s address and phone number are correct and that there is someone at this address to receive the flowers or that it is safe to leave the flowers at this address if there is no one there to receive.


Please be sure to check the delivery address details thoroughly and provide any special delivery instructions before submitting your order. Lush Gardens is not responsible if an incorrect name, delivery address, and/or phone number is supplied or if there is no one at the address to receive the flowers, or if it is not safe to leave the flowers at the front door. If the order is un-deliverable and therefore returned to Lush Gardens, an additional re-delivery charge of the same value as the original delivery fee will apply.


We suggest that the best delivery address is a business address or somewhere where you know there will be someone to receive the delivery. It is not our policy to have the couriers leave arrangements at the doorstep unless it is at the customer's request and from this point forward do not assume any liability for orders which are instructed to be left and consequently damaged or stolen. If a concierge, security person, or receptionist is obligated to receive the order on the recipient’s behalf, Lush Gardens does not accept responsibility from this point forward.


In the event that the couriers have attempted delivery at the given address and no one is there to receive it, a re-delivery fee will apply for the second and any other subsequent attempts at delivery. The re-delivery fee will be charged at the full amount as per the original delivery fee unless the order is redirected to another address in which case the redelivery fee may vary depending on the suburb. We will notify the customer of any failed delivery attempts and the customer will also be advised of any additional charges that will be made to their credit card for re-delivery fees prior to the charges being debited. 


Alternatively, we also offer the customer the option to pick up their flower order from Lush Gardens.





We do not offer flowers for delivery outside of Nigeria. However, there are a few exceptions for interstate deliveries. If you wish to place an order of this nature, please call us at +2348184530355 or email us at and our management will help you with your requirements.





Alcohol delivery is subject to state liquor laws, you must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Lush Gardens promotes the responsible and legal consumption of Liquor.





  • Due to the high volume of orders placed for delivery during these busy periods, we are unable to accommodate time-specific deliveries or requests for preferred times.

  • At the time of ordering it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and card message is complete and correct and that there is someone at this address to receive the flowers or that it is safe to leave the flowers at this address if there is no one there to receive them.

  • If we receive an order that does not have a card message supplied, we will assume that the customer does not want a card message and therefore we will proceed to deliver the order without a message.

  • Lush Gardens is unable to alter or change any orders placed for delivery on Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day after the pre-order window has been closed.

  • Pick-up options are available during these busy periods if our delivery times are not favorable. 





Flowers and plants are perishable products that are directly affected by the environment they are exposed to; therefore this will affect their longevity. Here are some tips from Lush Gardens that will help you to keep your flowers fresh, lasting longer and looking their best. Please note: A flower food sachet and flower care guide are delivered with every Lush Gardens flower order.





• Fill a clean vase with water and add the flower food sachet as per the instructions provided with your flowers.

• Cut approximately 2cm off all the stems (diagonally) with sharp scissors and remove any leaves that will fall below the waterline as they will create bacteria and spoil the water very quickly. Place flowers immediately into the prepared vase.
• Top up the water regularly and change it completely every 2 to 3 days. Trim 2cm off the stems, removing any spent blooms and foliage during this period.
• Place the vase in a cool, draft-free position, away from direct sunlight and fruit, avoiding extreme changes in temperature and do not place the vase on top of heat-generating appliances such as fridges and microwave ovens.





  • Leave the flowers in the florist’s foam/container that they arrived in.

  • Check the water level daily and top up with water mixed with the flower food sachet provided.

  • Cut off any spent blooms and foliage to keep the arrangement looking fresh.

  • Do not allow the florist foam to dry out.

  • Place the arrangement in a cool, draft-free position, away from direct sunlight and fruit, avoiding extreme changes in temperature, and do not place it on top of heat-generating appliances such as fridges and microwave ovens





Credit card and personal information requested during purchases are encrypted during transmission to Lush Gardens. This ordering system is protected by a shared SSL Certificate which ensures security between your computer and the order server. When you order from Lush Gardens Online you will be asked for your credit card number and expiry date. You will also be asked for a three-digit validation code. The validation code is a three-digit number on the back of the card. The code is a feature that provides merchants with an extra layer of verification, especially when using your card to make purchases on the internet, over the phone, or by mail. You only need to provide the last three digits of the full number which can be found on the signature panel on the back of your credit card. Our garden space is open to all types of events. Please contact us for more information about your type of event. All prices are charged per day at Lush Gardens (8:00 AM-9:00 PM). Please note, that we do not charge Garden spaces per hour and our rates are subject to change.




All payments cover, the selected garden hire option, diesel for power, use of listed garden facilities per option, booking fee,  and 50-100 chairs if included per day.


To reserve a date, we require full payment.


All garden hire prices are for the day, Full payment is required to reserve a date. Additional items or services such as decoration, tables, outdoor cooling units, outdoor fans, DJ, etc come at an additional cost.


Please note that if you are paying offline, we will send you our booking link to reserve your date via our website.


If you are bringing in equipment that may consume a high volume of electricity for your event we require that you inform us on time.


If you have selected any of our garden hire options, excluding whole garden hire option. You are required to set up within your preferred option. We advise that you book an appointment to view our garden space options before any payments.

We require a minimum of three weeks' notice if you wish to cancel or move your date. Please note, that there are charges on ALL refunds. Kindly contact Lush Gardens for more information about fees. Accepted Payment methods: bank transfers, cash, World Remit, Western Union, Paystack, and PayPal.

All garden hire payments are made via POS, bank transfers, mobile transfers, internet transfers, or PayPal. Please note that we do not accept cheques for our Garden hire services. Please note that we must confirm every payment before we finalise your chosen dates.


Full Returns Policy


Original Artwork Return Policy:

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have five (5) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. 

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Lush Gardens and are not fully satisfied, you have: 



If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 5 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)


How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work:


Step 1 – Within five (5) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.


Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid-free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact us for advice if needed.


Step 3 – Email to complete the return process.


Once the piece safely reaches the Lush Gardens, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within five (5) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email to give us your order information.
