Light: bright, indirect light; avoid direct midday sun, which is intense in PH. Water: water thoroughly when the top 3-5cm of soil is dry, then drain fully -- roughly every 5-7 days locally (heat dries it faster than temperate guides suggest). Soil: rich, well-draining mix; pot must drain well given heavy seasonal rain. Humidity: PH's humidity is more than sufficient outdoors; no extra misting needed. Feeding: balanced liquid fertiliser every 4-6 weeks in the rainy season; pause in the short dry season (Dec-Feb). Common issues: brown spots/edges = inconsistent watering or too much direct sun.
